BLD (B Corp Leadership Development) is an all-day conference intended to strengthen and support the B Corp movement. BLD events provide an avenue for employees of Certified B Corps and others interested in the movement to network, collaborate, and share best practices for business success and maximum positive impact.

This year's BLD PNW conference theme is Progress on Purpose. We'll host conversations and workshops that recenter our "why" and our "how," emphasizing that progress only has meaning through common understanding and shared purpose. We'll celebrate the growing impact and collaboration among local B Corps as a model for what's possible, and we'll hold space for some challenging conversations where our movement is very much a "work in progress."
